Buzz Boy and Fly Guy

Have you ever wanted to be a super hero? It's easy. Just write your own story and give yourself super powers. That's what Buzz does in the ninth book of the Fly Guy series. Buzz learns there are no limits to the adventures when you create them yourself.

I have always LOVED books with a lot of pictures, especially comic books. I love how the words and images fit together with word balloons and boxed-in pictures. When I was a kid, if I ever tried to write a story, it was always in comic style--what they now-a-days call a graphic novel. So when I had the idea that Buzz could write a story to read at bedtime to Fly Guy, I knew that Buzz would make it a comic book. How did I know? Because Buzz and I think alike.
